Many thanks for visiting my site.

It is about early modern European history.  I look at the Renaissance period as it moves towards the Baroque. Especially I am intrigued by the relationship beween the British Isles and continental Europe.

I find extraordinary people in this period. I want to read about them and I want to write about them and I want to explore their world.
